Are items washed and cleaned?
Yes, we wash and clean all our items as soon as we get them. We recommend with any clothing article, new or used, that you wash it again when you receive it!
*Only delicate fabrics that need to be dry cleaned such as leather are not pre-washed!
Is everything you sell pre-owned?
All products we sell are pre-owned unless mentioned otherwise. We clean and wash all our products prior to posting them to ensure you receive it in the best condition possible!
Do you Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, given the item in in the same condition as when purchased. If you are located within Canada/USA we provide FREE Return shipping labels.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead you can opt for a refund to store credit and use that credit towards item(s) you may want!
How long will shipping take?
Note* Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic there is a possibility of orders arriving later then usual, especially those shipments going outside of Canada/USA.

We ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase! We provide tracking immediately via email!
If you select 1 day shipping options it will go out the same day if you place the order before 12pm EST, otherwise it will be sent out the next day.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide! Please note: Parcels to be delivered outside of Canada may be subject to Duties/Customs upon delivery. We do not cover any extra charges, please keep this in mind before purchasing! Charges vary by country.
My order didn't come as described, what do I do?
Although we carefully inspect items before posting, there can be a chance we may have missed something. In the chance this happens and you receive an item that arrives not as described, follow these steps to receive full reimbursement:
1. All Returns must be Placed within 30 days of delivery. If your still in that threshold please visit our Returns page!
3. Enter Order Number(Can be found in email/texted receipt/confirmation) and Email Address.
4. For "Reason" select "Arrived not as described" and in additional Notes please describe what is wrong with the item.
5. Required: Add Pictures of flaws not mentioned
NOTE* Due to the nature of Vintage and Pre-owned Clothing, minor nicks/marks/wear is to be expected.
6. Request a Free Label
7. Submit the Return Request, we will look over the information given and if its eligible for Return we will send you a Free return label. Instructions will be provided. All return must be shipped within 2 weeks of receiving the label, otherwise return request will be discarded.
8. Allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return. If everything checks out and it indeed didn't arrive as described, we will fully reimburse you via original payment method/or store credit, your choice!
