Send your item back to us, if deemed to be in same the condition as when purchased a refund will be sent (minus original shipping cost) to original method of payment/or we can provide you store credit! Please allow up to 5 days for refund to process and show up in your account.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

Proper Vintage Canada — European Economic Area (EEA) Customers

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date you (or a third party you designate) receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by contacting us at:

Return Conditions

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of STANDARD delivery (we will not reimburse supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

⚠️ We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition
• Goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-made

Note for EU customers: Sale items and discounted goods are not excluded from your right of withdrawal under EU law. You retain the full 14-day right regardless of whether an item was purchased at a reduced price.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

As an EU consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all goods purchased, in accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU. If your item is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, please contact us at support@propervintagecanada.com and we will remedy the situation by repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
