RETURNS:

The T-shirt didn't fit right or you feeling a little buyers remorse? We want to provide customers with worry free online shopping, we do this by Accepting Returns within 14 days of delivery!

*Buyer is responsible for return shipping!

*A $10 restocking fee will occur for returns containing 3 or more items

Items just have to be in the same condition as when purchased to be eligible!

Steps:

1.To start your Return Process Click here!

2. Enter Order Number (can be found on emailed/texted receipt/confirmation) and email used when item was purchased.

3. Request a refund.  Package must be shipped out within 2 weeks of return request

Canada: Please Allow 5-7 business days for item to arrive back to us

USA/International: Please Allow 3-4 Weeks for item to arrive back to us as items have to pass through customs and be delivered to our Canadian Address

4. Once Received, we will examine your item once more, if its deemed acceptable, a refund will be sent (minus original shipping cost) to original method of payment/or we can provide you store credit! Please allow up to 10 days for refund to process and show up in your account. 

5. Visit www.propervintagecanada.com and buy more clothes!

We will not issue a refund if we do not receive the original item back!

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead you can opt for a refund to store credit and use that credit towards item(s) you may want!
