Is everything you sell pre-owned?
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, given the item in in the same condition as when purchased. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

How long will shipping take?
It depends on your location and shipping service. We are based in Toronto, Canada so any standard domestic shipments can take 1-8 business days. USA bound standard shipments 4-8 business days. International orders 7-28 business days!

Do I have to pay duties/customs?
As of Sept 1st 2025 we cover all duties/customs charges for orders bound to the US.
International orders are still subject to duties/customs as per your countries policies.
When will you get an item I wanted in stock again?
The nature of vintage shopping is that every piece is a unique one of one garment. If something sells out we may get a similar item again but never that exact same garment!
